Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Quick Pizza Order, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We act as an independent order management service that connects you with local third-party pizza vendors. Since we facilitate fresh food orders, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our kitchen partners.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Time Limit: Orders can only be cancelled within 5 minutes of the phone confirmation call.

  • Dispatch Rule: Once an order has been dispatched to the local kitchen for preparation, we cannot offer a cancellation or a full refund.

2. Quality and Order Issues

If there is a problem with your order, please call us immediately at 888-714-6364.

  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong toppings or the wrong size, we will coordinate with the local vendor to either remake your pizza or provide a partial refund.

  • Food Quality: If the pizza is cold or does not meet quality standards, we will investigate with the vendor to ensure a satisfactory resolution (credit or refund).

3. Payment and Refunds

  • Original Payment Method: All approved refunds will be processed back to the original Visa or Mastercard used during the phone transaction.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.

  • No Cash Refunds: As we operate through secure phone billing, we do not offer cash refunds.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Delivery Fees: Any applicable delivery charges are non-refundable once the delivery attempt has been made.

  • Consumed Orders: Orders that have been fully or significantly consumed are not eligible for refunds.
